User Contributions

If you owned a User Submission before submitting it to us, you will continue to own it after submitting it to us, subject to the Terms’ rights and any access granted to others. If you delete a User Submission from the Services, our general license to that User Submission will expire after the time it takes for the deletion to take effect. The User Submission, on the other hand, may still remain in our backup copies, which are not publicly accessible.If you share your User Submission with others, they may keep a copy. Furthermore, even after you delete your User Submission, we will retain the right to make, replicate, redistribute, and sublicense any pre-existing uses. Your User Submissions will not be deleted if your account with a Service is terminated. The services are provided “as is,””as available,” and “with all faults,” including all content, software, and features made accessible on, accessed through, or sent from the services.
You use and access the services at your own risk. Your sole and exclusive remedy if you are unsatisfied with the services or any of the content is to stop accessing and using the services. You acknowledge and agree that any damages you suffer as a result of Boston Country Meats parties’ actions or omissions are not irreparable and are insufficient to entitle you to an injunction or other equitable relief prohibiting exploitation of any website, property, product, program, television show, motion picture, or other audio/visual content owned or controlled by Boston Country Meats parties, including without limitation the services (including those incorporating user submissions).
